"it hurts and it's going to keep hurting, I'm sad to tell you. It's always going to get worse before it gets better. You're always going to have to hit rock bottom before you can recover. You're going to hate yourself, and hate your life, and all whom you've ever trusted. But one day, not now, but eventually, you'll feel like you are beloved. You'll have accomplished so much, been through pain unmeasurable, but love is something different, it's magic, unconditional. So, believe me, in your suffering, through the bad, and pain, and sorrow. If this poem means nothing else..."
